Gwennyn

Artist born in Brittany, claiming his roots and affirming it by singing in Breton, but also in English and French, Gwennyn released a few months ago an album: "the best of"! Ten years of career to defend his artistic project: to give another image of his native region. She did quite well the fusion of proposing songs that speak about her Brittany but also about her life as a woman, her personal struggles with environmental issues, the children of Belfast, Martin Luther King, all with very current music arrangements pop rock. This album is very well produced (may be too good!) With sounds quite adapted to the media in the current music movement. I do not doubt the sincerity of Gwennyn, who with his warm voice defends his songs with conviction and sincerity.
