Marta Dell 'Anno - Andrea Marchesino

Marta dell'Anno began to sing as a child with her parents, musicians and researchers of traditional music from Southern Italy. After years of study, Marta graduated in viola violin at the Conservatory of Pescara (Italy). She developed her stage and vocal skills by playing for several years in the streets of the Barrio Gotico in Barcelona or in orchestras and folk groups in Italy, such as Tarantula Garganica. I discovered her within the Alfabeto Runico trio and their artistic project around a geo-poetic mosaic that fascinates the spectator by taking him/her away in a kaleidoscope of style and colour. In the spring of 2020, Marta and affirms her passion for music without borders with the album 'Altro Non C'é', with the complicity of Andrea Marchesino. Curious and eclectic, Marta moves easily from acoustic songs to more electric sounds, skilfully using sound effects on her violin and voice. A multi-linguist, she also likes to explore different musical universes, but her native Italy is never too far away. An album to discover with a sincere and endearing artist to follow closely.
